Below it, you’ll find similar keywords. Scroll down a bit further to find a list of related keywords and relevant tags that the creators who are ranking in search are using in their videos.

How does Search Explorer differ from Keyword Explorer?

The biggest difference is in how you access the tools. Search Explorer puts an SEO lens on your standard YouTube searches. In other words, searching and browsing YouTube becomes keyword research. Keyword Explorer is a standalone keyword research tool which is invaluable when you’re doing deep keyword research and not just browsing YouTube. No, at least not for paid licenses. Free users get up to three results per search. For every keyword or tag search, you’ll get dozens or hundreds of recommendations. You can keep searching related keywords to get even more suggestions without limitations.

What type of information do I get in the Search Explorer?

When you search with the Search Explorer, you will get the following metrics for each keyword:

-Overall Score: tells you whether the keyword has a good balance of high traffic and low competition. It can also be adjusted to your channel’s content, metadata, views, and engagement rates, giving you a clearer picture of whether you should target a given keyword.
-Search Volume: ranging from “Poor” to “Excellent,” this gives you a better idea of the popularity of the keyword.
-Competition (Weighted): tells you how good a keyword is to target for your specific channel based on search volume, competition, relevancy, and how you compare to others currently ranking in search.
-Optimization Strength: shows you how optimized the top-ranking videos are for the search phrase.
-# of Videos in Search Results: the number of videos currently ranking for the keyword.
-# of Monthly Searches (estimate): how many searches are completed for this term each month based on YouTube and Google data.
-You vs. Top Ranked Videos: compares your video(s) with the highest-ranked videos for a given keyword.
-Search Trends: the 30-day or 12-month trend for this search term on YouTube and Google.
-Video Topics: a helpful list of video ideas for your channel that could target the keyword
-Common Tags: a list of tags used in the top videos for the keyword.
